We counted up last night and together we raised a grand total of £377 over the adoption weekend
That's a fantastic total, especially since we weren't really thinking of it as a fundraiser, we thought we'd just drum up some interest in the dogs and get a little publicity!!
Thank you to everyone who made it such a success and special thanks to Sue and Kath for organising it and arranging such a great venue.
Yours a happy treasurer
Jo

YIPPEE!!! That's fab news
Well done everybody
It was a fantastic day, the weather, the people, the dogs, the volunteers and the generosity of the public.
Can't wait for the next one. I'll have a look on the Garden Centre website and see when their next crowd pulling venue is so that we can look into another visit.
And Knight got a new home from the visit too
He'll be leaving us on Saturday

Great event everyone - a success all round I think, thanks to everyone putting in so much effort. Kinda blew us all away! As well as the amazing amount we raised we also had interest from new fosterers and 8 applications for our dogs. Of course they need to be processed etc but fingers crossed! |
