The visit on Saturday went well and the homecheck today was good apart from some alarmed rabbits 
We'll be taking it slowly with Jay, regular walks with her potential owner. Jay has had so much change in her life we'd like her to get to know her new people and make absolutely sure its the perfect match before she moves on. |

Jay went for another visit yesterday and is going for another 1 tonight. She got on well yesterday and had a nice long walk as well as a paddle in the stream.
We are going to miss her if she goes she is such a great dog and a good companion. 
Will keep you all updated.  |

Hope it all works out. I visited Phantom several times since the first visit and I know it's really tough, getting attached to a dog without knowing if it will definitely come home. If it's any encouragement to Jay's potential owners, I'm really glad now that I've had to wait so long, as I feel much more prepared than if I'd rehomed after the first visit, so stick with it. If Jay is right for you, it'll be worth it in the end! |
